Please read the ToS carefully before you place an order. Certain ToS rules can be discussed as long as the artist and clients agree.

GENERAL

I have the right to accept or decline your commission request.
I reserve all rights and ownership of my artwork. You are not allowed to claim ownership of any of my artworks.
I have the right to post all of my commission, including WIP. Private fee (+80% of base price) will be required to pay if client requested to not post the commission.
Do not resell my work without any explicit permission and purchasing commercial rights.
Do not modify my work without any explicit permission from me.
All commission results cannot be used to train AI and for NFTs usage.
Please properly credit me whenever you share my work on any social media platform.

AI (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) POLICY

The usage of AI on my artwork is strictly prohibited, and will result in any and all licenses being revoked effective immediately. This includes personal licenses, monetized content licenses, and commercial licenses.

The usage of AI refers to, but is not limited to:

Altering the work in any shape way or form using AI (including videos, touchups, animations, and more)
Feeding the work into an AI
Using the work to replicate my style with AI
Approving and/or applauding of someone else doing any of the above

In case of the TOS being broken, a takedown of the work will be issued. If needed, a legal process can be started by the artist.

PAYMENTS

I only accept 100% upfront payment and it must be paid within the deadlines before I start working on your commission.
All payments must be made through the built-in payment systems.
You may cancel the commission if payments have not been made yet.
Once the payment has been made, cancellation is not allowed and there will not be any refund.
Full refunds are accepted only if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason.

REVISIONS

I will only provide 3 minor revision(s) for each illustration type on sketch and coloring phase. Please be specific when revision(s) are needed.
If there’s any major revision given from client, extra fees will be required.
Changes and revisions will be delivered as soon as possible, depends on the complexity.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Timeline of one commission will be varies from 14 days to 40 days, depends on the commission type, complexity, IRL circumstances, and workload.
I will contact you as soon as possible if I need more time to finish the commission.

USE

When you are going to make any request, please do state what the final product is for and its usage.

Personal usage: The final product are allowed to use in any personal setting.
Streaming / content use (limited commercial): The final product are allowed to use in streaming and videos (Youtube, etc.). Limited commercial rights starts from 50% of base price will be required to pay.
Monetization content (full commercial rights): For any content that will be monetized, including advertisement, promotional projects, etc., you have to purchase full commercial rights (+100% of base price), before you can use for any of your monetized content.
